Our yearly homeowners meeting is set for
March 25,2024 at 6:00pm

Fort Mill,SC
Please plan on attending the meeting or sending in
your proxy if you cannot attend.
Attending these meetings help all owners understand
how things are handled and how our paid dues are used.
To elect officers who will represent Ashebrook in matters
that affect us all.So please try to attend.
Be sure to make your HOA dues payment on the first day of
each month.Payments can be made to Ashebrook HOA by check or bank draft.
Payments can be mailed to:
30 Ashebrook Drive–Fort Mill,SC 29715
or put in the Drop Off Box at Barrys Shed.
If paying by bank draft ,be sure your payment information has been updated

All requests for the architecture committee must include a signed exterior changes application and placed in the drop box or mailed to: Ashebrook Villas HOA 30 Ashebrook Dr. Fort Mill, SC 29715.
